Newdukan ships orders over $50 free of charge; some exceptions apply. See product pages for specific details. Newdukan Free Shipping, Threshold and Curbside services are limited to the 48 contiguous United States.

To obtain a quote for a shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or International locations click here. For orders outside of the contiguous United States, allow additional days for delivery.

Many products are ready to ship within two days of order placement, others are manufactured when an order is placed, see product pages for specific details.

Rural delivery is available to properties with a physical address.

Newdukan cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.

Most products ship UPS or FedEx.

Motor Freight

Some of our products cannot ship via UPS or FedEx. They must ship via motor freight. These items will have an additional shipping, handling and/or crating charge added. Charges will be calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Motor freight charges shall include "curbside delivery" to the shipping address only and shall not include optional services such as transferring the items inside the residence. Any additional services required (inside or white glove delivery) may be provided at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of order.

Newdukan is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the Manufacturer, Mother Nature or Delivery Carrier.

Returns Policy

Newdukan offers a no-hassle return policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will promptly refund your money to the original credit card. Simply follow the instructions:

Items eligible for return must be initiated within 30 days from the order delivery date. Refunds for returns go to the original form of payment less fees that are item dependent to include, but not limited to shipping and restocking fees. Allow for 10 business days from the receipt of a return for a charge credit.

Returnable items must arrive back in original condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories. Items sold in Multiple Quantities must be returned in the minimum multiple quantity they were sold in.

Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

Visible or concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.

Due to the nature of some types of orders, the general return policy will not apply. Some exceptions include:

1. Clearance items are sold as is and are not eligible for return

2. Orders for 10 or more of the same item are subject to a 25% restocking charge. For large quantity orders, it is recommended a sample be ordered first to ensure the item meets requirements.

3. Items with a dollar value greater than $2,500 are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

4. Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return.
